She is a seasoned Secretary and Investment Banker with over 31 years working experience in various capacities, including Private Secretary, Head of Brokerage, Investment and Registrars Department, Special Assistant to the Managing Director and Board Secretary for many years. She retired as Deputy Chief Manager in charge of Compliance and Administration at NTHC.

She served as the Board Secretary of International Needs Ghana (ING) and later the Board Chairman for 14 continuous years. She also served on various Boards including the Board of Social Responsibility & Rural Development (BSRRD) of The Methodist Church Ghana.

She is currently the Chairman of the Communications and Publication Directorate of The Methodist Church Ghana and  a member of National Council of the Bible Society of Ghana (BSG).  She holds Diploma in Business Studies and Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Certificate and her exposure includes International Seminars and Conferences in South Africa, USA, Prague, South Korea, UK, Cote D’Ivoire, Mozambique and The Gambia. 

She holds Diploma in Business Studies and Ghana Stock Exchange Securities Certificate and has undertaken various courses in Finance and Administration.

Mr. Emmanuel Armah is a Chartered Accountant and Management Professional who has over 12 years working experience in managerial position with experience in Budgeting, Financial analysis, Project and Operations Management and Expenditure control.

He has over the years gained experience working in the Construction, Distribution and Trading companies as Accounting, Operations, Finance and Administration Personnel. He is a qualified member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants, Ghana. He holds BSc. degree in Accounting and Higher National Diploma in Mechanical Engineering. He has also undertaken some short courses in financial management and executive group Diploma in Marketing.

He is a seasoned Book Publisher with over 46 years' working experience.  He entered the business of Book Publishing in the year 1969; worked part-time for 2 years with Caffrey Saunders U.K. a firm of Educational suppliers, representing 12 British Book Publishers and Stationery Producers in West Africa; he was appointed the Ghana Representative for Evans Brothers (Books) Ltd, a firm of Educational Publishers based in London.

He later became a Consultant/Adviser to West African Book Publishers Ltd (WABP), an Associate Company of Academy Press Ltd. of Nigeria for the development of the Company's first Educational Book Publishing Project. He joined the promoters of Afram Publications (Ghana) Ltd (AFRAM) as a Shareholding Partner and first Managing Director of AFRAM to establish the first privately owned, indigenous Educational Book Publishing Company fully dedicated to developing the Textbooks Publishing Business in Ghana.

He later set up another educational publishing enterprise, which grew to become Sam-Woode Ltd (SWL). He served as the Executive Chairman and the Chief Executive Officer of SWL till his retirement in 2011.  He now serves as a Non-Executive Chairman/Consultant of SWL. 

Pamela Aba Woode

She is an author and a publisher by profession with over 20 years’ wealth of expertise in Publishing. She holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Ghana, Legon and a first degree in Publishing Studies from the Kwame Nkrumah University of Science and Technology (KNUST).

She was the Executive Publishing Director of Sam-Woode Ltd. (SWL) till March 2010. She is presently the Managing Consultant for IAM Management Consultancy and offers services relating to Publishing, Marketing and Management. Pamela is also a non-executive council member of the Ghana Book Publishers Association (GBPA).

He is the Central Regional Chief Farmer of the Ghana Cocoa, Coffee, Sheanut Farmers Association and the National Treasurer.

He is also a Board member of the Ghana Cocobod Farmers scholarship Trust and a member of the Awards selection committee.
